We are in the decisive phase. We the West have a chance to break the back of the Russians if we decide that we want to win.

Russians cannot escape collective guilt because they are against Putin or his war. We failed to stop him. I failed. And because we could not save Russians, we could not save Syrians, Ukrainians.

A month into the invasion, Beijing is still backing Russia.
