Ukraine’s armed forces have “damaged” the Russian frigate Admiral Essen, the country’s presidential advisor claimed.


"Admiral Essen-class frigate of the Russian fleet was damaged thanks to the courage and professionalism of our defenders," Alexey Arestovych said in a daily briefing late Monday.
