"Germany stands with Ukraine."

A few days ago German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier was refused a visit to Kyiv by the Ukrainian government.

In his first speech since then, Steinmeier said Germany is supporting Ukraine with sanctions against Russia and weapons deliveries.
